Would this be reasonable?

I have long term anxiety, panic attacks and depression and my employer is aware of this, I am due to return from sick leave very shortly and wanted to discuss my phased return.

This isnt a core part of my job, but in the past (twice a year max) I have delivered presentations which have been fine and I sort of feel expect - though this could potentially not happen - to be asked
again. However now I do not feel comfortable doing this for fear of triggering a panic attack and it fills me with anxiety. These presentations can be covered my someone else and indeed have been in the past while I have been doing the role.

My question is - could I ask not to do this under a reasonable adjustment and would that be reasonable? I should add that as far as Im aware my equivilant counterparts do not do these presentations - or at least not all of them.

If you are able to do a phased return l am sure that this could be included. It is a well known part of work that brings anxiety to many. So bring it up and hopefully they will be flexible about it. I hope it all works out for you.

This is an exact repost of something from months ago, the third one I’ve seen in the last 24 hours. If this is genuine you had lots of device last time @user1492538376.

Thanks Birthdaygirl that is reassuring. I will bring it up as I think its a reasonable request And hopefully they will be understanding as its very infrequent anyway.
