I'm feeling really hard lately getting overwhelmed thoughts and feelings depressed and anxious from this, I tried talking therapy but finding it really stressful also take sertraline and going to up my dose to get through this, currently in bed with my 9 year old daughter and currently trying to get over my anxiety, just want to get back to being me!

What are you anxious about? What's worrying you?

That's the thing I can't really pin point why I'm stressed or anxious, the talking therapy I've been having doesn't help at the moment on my 3rd session but I may stop it. I know it sounds silly but I'm anxious about being anxious

Being anxious about being anxious is common, it can take over from what you were initially anxious about.

I don't think it's surprising that you're not feeling much better after just three sessions of talking therapy. It takes time to start trusting the person you are seeing and to get comfortable with it. (Problem is if it's NHS, it might only be six sessions in total.)

It sounds like you're going through a really tough time, and it's completely okay to feel this way. You're already taking steps like therapy and medication, which is a big deal. If talking therapy feels stressful, maybe exploring online mental health resources or support groups could help. Websites like https://igfontgen.com/ or Headspace offer self-help tools, guided meditations, and community support that might make things feel a little easier. You're not alone in this—take it one step at a time.💙

great that you're reaching out and trying to get through it. It can be tough, especially when therapy feels overwhelming. Upping your dose might help, and just taking small steps like being with your daughter is a good way to stay grounded.

Solfeggio tunes or binaural sounds really help to quiet my mind.
