Repeat blood test - health anxiety spiralling

I've been suffering from stomach issues for a couple of months - gurgling, gas and abdominal pain after eating.
The pain after eating has gone and now it is just the gas pain and gurgling. I thought my stomach was back to normal last week but on Monday I received a text from the surgery to say I have to repeat the blood test in 3 months. My guts is now all over the place. I woke up this morning and it was churning.

I've had a negative FIT test and now awaiting results for H Pylori and Coeliac. I've had 2 months of stress and worry (other issues as well) and thought I'd be able to relax once the tests were over. I am terrified the doctor has found something sinister and it's on my mind all the time.

If I ask to speak to the doctor, he may tell me something about my result which will alarm me even more. I've read that repeats are to screen out abnormal results. He must be concerned otherwise why the repeat test?

Feel like I have this hanging over me and I'm in limbo.

Calm down.
Lots of tests can show things out of range initially but then are normal on re test, that’s the point of the re test.
If it was something seriously wrong they wouldn’t wait 3 months.
Do you have the NHS app if you are in England? That would show which tests and how outside the normal range.

I have the NHS Wales app but the surgery do not share records.
