Hey!
I'm on day 5 of escitalopram - it's been going well (ish). I've had a few side effects so far:
- bad headaches
- nausea
- some mild insomnia
- diarrhoea
- stomach ache
But today I've started feeling really hot! I don't know if I'm experiencing hot flashes / flushes (not sure what they're called) or what?
My temperature on a thermometer is higher but isn't a fever, just like a couple of digits higher than my usual. I do also have a cold, but it doesn't feel like the cold is involved here.
Is this a common experience? I can't find it on the side effects sheet, but know some medications can cause you to experience this.
Side note:
I also have some prickling under the skin feeling if that makes sense to anyone?
