Sertraline and car insurance

I've recently been prescribed sertraline and was wondering whether I need to notify my car insurance provider. Depression doesn't seem to be notifiable to the DVLA but I'm over thinking this now!

I know if I feel drowsy etc not to drive but so far I've had no side effects.

I've been googling and I'm just confusing myself

You could call them and ask? Probably gonna solve the anxiety about it and then you’ll know for sure considering their protocols etc 😊
