Autism assessment with masking questionnaire?

I am wondering please if anyone can recommend an autism assessment centre or assessor who uses a masking questionnaire? To explain the masking questionnaire is helpful particularly for girls/women who mask their traits. Its for an 18 year old so could be child/adolescent or adult. thank you

I definitely recommend the CAN Centre in New Malden https://www.cancentre.co.uk/ for those in Surrey or South West London. The team was kind, understanding, and made the whole assessment process feel safe and supportive. I was able to be assessed for ADHD and Autism in parallel and they truly listened and took the time to see the full picture. The report was clear, thorough, and very helpful. They also used the CAT-Q questionnaire to look for masking behaviours
