PND that recurs years later

Hi everyone. In my therapy session today my therapist suggested that maybe the PND I had 14 years ago, hasn’t ever properly gone. This is because I’ve had periods of really acute anxiety since. I’ve had two other children since, and didn’t have PND after the births, but did have bad periods when they were both 2/2.5
Has anyone else had anything similar?

Maybe ask your therapist for their reasoning behind this comment?

I had therapy again yesterday and I challenged it. She is really lovely and I get on well with her so I was able to say that I thought it was more likely that I have some PTSD from the trauma of the original PND and she agreed, and said either way the treatment would be the same so we don't need to label it.
I don't think I have had PND for 14 years, I've had way more good years than bad, it just shook be a little bit.
