Does this sound like depression?

I've always had such good advice from Mums-netters and here I am again looking for some wise words.

I suffer from severe anxiety and have taken medication for this for about 18 years, this keeps it under control most of the time. This is different to what I have previously experienced and some days are worse than others. I get the odd day where I feel good and this really does highlight how bad I often feel.

I just can't find the motivation for life. I find everything such hard work. I wake up in the morning feeling sad that I have woken up and have to face another day of forcing myself to get out of bed, to shower, to get dressed and do what needs to be done. It's such hard bloody work. I often go back to bed it I can, and this really impacts my family's life. I'm not the parent I used to be. I look forward to nothing, I can't enjoy anything. I do the things I know are good for me, eat well, I don't drink much at all. I try to exercise, but to be honest it's just too hard to get out. I forced myself out for a walk today for about half an hour when all I wanted to do is go back to bed and sleep it all away. I've not spoken to my GP, but had bloods done for something else which was really thorough and that came back ok. I'm taking vitamin d.
