Speak to your GP. Have you got a diagnosis?
I had a traumatic birth (over 20 years ago) but it was all swept under the carpet and was told I should feel lucky to be alive /have a baby. Roll on 10 years and I had another traumatic incident and was finally diagnosed. I was told I probably had ptsd from the birth and the second incident just compounded this.
I went onto have emdr (which I was sceptical about) can say it was life changing (not a cure as they said much of my trauma was very embedded due to how long I'd been suffering).
So my advice get help as soon as possible and in the meantime be kind to yourself.

Hiya tysm for replying 💖
I keep having panick attacks and anything to do with heath just makes me worry and panick . I never ever wanted a c section it was my absolute worst fear :-( the recovery after was something else and not talked about enough :-( . No1 gives you the heads up about the recovery . Or how long it will take to get your self even half back to normal . I am greatfull more than anything for having my daughter but the experience is something else . Some days it feels like your stuck in a Rutt but my motaivaton is my daughter x I have spoke to the gp .x
