I'm looking for good recommendations. My MH is really struggling at the minute. I lost my dad a couple of years ago and haven't been right since. I don't want books about grief but just good self help type books that might change my perspective about myself, possibilities and confidence. Just struggling to navigate life at the minute. Thanks x

Some good tips for anyone struggling whatever the grief etc (the author lost her brother at a young age )

Oh I also love the Genevieve Davis magic books, particularly Magic Words. They're not self help exactly - more manifestation - but I find them more helpful than self help books.
