I never seem to fit anywhere. I work but the manager is a right bitch. A new colleague has started and gets on with her perfectly well, unlike me. I don’t have many friends but feel I’m friendly but still others don’t like me. I’ve been bullied in the past too. Nowadays I keep myself to myself. Am I doing anything wrong, or is this just life?

No this doesn’t have to be life, it will take some work. I’d most definitely suggest you get some talking therapy booked and stick with it for some time and their will be many many reasons why you currently feel like you do and will be based on your own personal history meaning that nobody on here will be able to unpick that for you I’m afraid. You might get some helpful tips on how to manage it but to see long term change for the better I would still say therapy is your answer. Good luck x

I hear you but I don’t have the finances to pay for therapy unfortunately. My personality is more introvert so I’m beginning to find I enjoy doing things on my own. Some people like me but I feel others don’t, which at times, can leave me feeling different and low. Over the years I’ve had a lot to deal with as regards my DD, this can take a toll on mental health.
