Need help with relaxing

I'm lucky enough to have a week and a half off work and I really need to relax. I'm showing signs of stress, some physical, and some emotional.
I was thinking about what I'd say to a friend who needed to relax. What should I do? I can't think straight enough to answer that at the moment.
I have things to do over Christmas but not too onerous, small numbers and only Christmas Day and Boxing Day.
So I've got time but how to do it? I need to slow down and wind down.
For context, if it's helpful I'm in my 50s, single parent, financially reasonably solvent.

Moderate exercise- ie a nice walk. Go to a bookshop if you can combine the two! I find that I feel much more relaxed if I've spent an hour reading than scrolling or watching tv.

You could do a quick meditation from an app!

I would do something each morning like yoga, massage, meditate, meet a friend for coffee, sound bath or short walk so I feel like I've done something and the benefits of the actual thing will last me the day so I can just potter about the house.

Thank you both. I will definitely make sure I get out for a walk every day. I'd like to do some meditation too
