Where do I start?

Lone working parent, one dc with SEN and huge problems at school and the other is suddenly going through puberty and is school refusing and won't listen to boundaries or cooperate with consequences and has displayed some worrying behaviour, growing financial worries, my small immediate family are supportive but are taking strain. Ex not interested at all/basically non existent.

Recently on antidepressants due to stress and anxiety over this all. Signed up to therapy again. Nearly 10 years away from abusive ex/their F.

No help from any services, service is slow or ineffective. Some support has started for dc1 and has helped but now it's been cut short due to his managed move being terminated.

I wanted to reply with a hand hold - you’re in a tough spot yet sounds like you’re strong, resilient and seeking help

Celebrate that 10 years - it takes a massive effort to leave and well done for your DC

Hope things improve for you x

Just being a lone parent is enough, let alone all the other stuff on top. My circumstances are similar to yours. It's so tough and talking to other single parents definitely helps.
One day at a time. How much support do you have around you?
