Do you need to be under CMHT if on Valporate?

I don’t know if anyone knows this, but if you’re on Valporate do you have to be under CMHT? Or can you just be referred once a year to do the annual risk acknowledgement form? I want to be discharged.

Not sure they’ll be anyone on it & out of CMHT on here
