My MH and relationship

My MH has always been an issue. The last 2 years have been bad . I function just (work, meet personal needs and needs of son, 17) and am medicated / having counselling .
My DD (now 19) and I had words last year , clashed over something minor which if wasn't for my MH would not have spiraled (January) and she has since moved in with her dad (10 mins away) - she does pop back here for the odd meal etc and the 3 of us go out . I regret this breakdown a lot but dont know how to rectify it. Do I openly tell her about my issues ? apologize ?
The 2 of them have seen me at my lowest before (crying etc) so it won't be a total shock!

Am I correct in understanding that your dd(19) has no idea you have mental health issues? Or do you think deep down she knows?

I’ve never explicitly told her - unsure how much she knows !

If she has always lived with you I reckon she knows deep down and will be relieved that you are eventually confiding in her. Children are very astute. X
