Thanks... are you actually feeling depressed or just down in the winter season? did you notice an improvement in your mood quickly? how long do you use per day?

I do have depression and anxiety anyway but much worse this time of year, I tend to use it for 30 minutes or sometimes longer on a really gloomy day, it is very bright
