Hello, just wondering if anyone on here has ever attended any Frazzled Café online meetings? What were your impressions?
Frazzled is a Zoom-based forum where people suffering from loneliness, depression, anxiety, neurodiversity etc can log on for an hour's session every day to talk about their problems & meet up (virtually) with other like-minded people. The charity was originally founded by Ruby Wax. Sessions begin & end by filling out a poll & a short mindfullness exercise, and each one is coordinated by a trained facilitator. Apart from anything else, it's nice to catch up with people you've seen on previous meetings, and follow their stories. In my case, I've learnt a lot about neurodiversity, which has been interesting...
