Psychiatrist in London to diagnose anxiety/depression/ADHD

Can anyone recommend please? For an adult female, preferably able to instruct via BUPA? Thanks

@Whydo244 you can search on the bupa website. I did this for a counsellor who bupa were paying for.

@Soupwithstring thank you - yes I realise this but am looking for personal recommendations, especially on the ADHD side.

Just be aware that sadly a lot of top Consultants don’t work with Bupa anymore as their pay-outs are so appalling and barely cover the doctor’s costs. I was working with someone who had to stop taking Bupa because at the end of the day he was getting paid £2.50, all costs considered.

Best thing is obviously a personal recommendation. Make sure it’s to a Psychiatrist not a Psychologist or Counsellor if you want a diagnosis and the ability to prescribe. Also, if you are really poorly, or it might go that way, you want to check they have admitting rights to an inpatient facility. Otherwise you can’t be admitted under your own consultant when you most need them and they are your only familiar thing/person there.
