I guess it's back

I am in bed.

I haven't left it since Friday.

I've hardly eaten.

I can't bear the thought of getting up.

I crave a shower - I have no energy.

My sleep is all over the place ; if I'm sleeping at all.

There's mess everywhere - discarded cups.

The bed needs changing.

I'm ignoring messages.

I thought it was better.

I feel your pain op. Start extremely small. When you get up to get any drink or food, bring one or two cups down with you and just put them in the sink. When you go into the bathroom to pee, try and brush your teeth or splash water on your face. Try not to doom scroll, reading a book or watching a documentary is much better for you.

Its okay 💛Sometimes we are two steps forward and two steps back again. Try to be patient and very gentle and nourishing to yourself.
