I think I have adhd and as I’m getting older my symptoms are getting worse (pretty convinced through smart phone use).

my main issues becoming worse they are below.

given a formal diagnosis might take a while if I even bother what can I do now to self help? I try and use adhd focus music at work but obviously can’t help in meetings and I use apple tags to find my essentials but what else, I really need resources to help before I make mistakes at work or lose my husband.

can’t focus at work - ironically I’m a project manager as deadlines have always kept me focused but struggling more and missing things. Can’t concentrate in meetings.

hyperfocus- I will spend hours on our household budget rather than complete a report that’s due.

Intrusive thoughts and rejection dysphoria have a big negative impact on me and have caused crises in my marriage.

emotional regulation

losing things. I have apple tags on my keys and purse. And I use an Apple Watch to find my phone to ping my keys.

In a similar boat. And am peri menopausal too. Joy. Routines. Everything having a place. The mental argh is awful to begin with. But I love myself for being my future friend. It takes away spontaneity. But give same structure and reassurance.

I layer my routines. Clothes out of washing machine + HRT at night + pint of water + teeth cleaning + .....

Sorry. That's riddled with typos. Hope you get the gist.
