Do I need to tell the Doctor why?

I’m in a similar position OP, I’m on 100mg and saw my GP last week to discuss tapering down.

Sorry caught button. I mean do I need to explain why I’m now under more stress? I’m currently in 50mg but I feel I’m beginning to slide and I’m finding things difficult again. I’m so sad inside and I don’t know how to get through the day today.

They will probably ask briefly what extra stress but you won’t need to go into huge detail. I increased from 50mg to 100mg about 4 months in and it made a huge difference
