You wished you would get a terminal illness? I would swap with someone who wants to live. I've also wondered if I could hire a hit man but for myself.

Not so much that I wish I could get a terminal illness, more that I feel I wouldn’t care if I did if that makes sense.

Yeah I'm on meds and have counselling but it doesn't help.

Yes. Or just disappear.
And I really hate it in myself, as I know friends who are really going through this.
The thing is, if you met me, you would have no idea, as I am generally bouncy,, I side and out.
But over the last day or so, I feel as though all of my mental support network has been pulled out from beneath me.

How are you feeling OP?
I have done my usual thing of coming through the other side of my sadness. Which is what happens with me.
I hope that things are better for you too.
