I wanted to share that I am proud of my full but productive day.

Habit trackers completed today include

•journalling!
•yoga stretch and sun salutation flow
•sit ups and press ups
•eaten well and drank water
•read my book
•listened to my audio book
•house is clean
•in bed by 10.30
•drink more chamomile tea in place of regular tea

Going to start tomorrow with a 6 am walk with my audio book. The only habit I wanted to try today but missed

I don't beat myself up for not doing things but I do give myself kudos when I achieved things!

Also went to work and have been keeping my nails nice, first time im my entire life I've had nice nails

I've managed my skincare, drinking water and reading. Unfortunately my stress tracker is almost off the page but I'm off work tomorrow so it will dramatically improve

I need to start getting my November pages ready soon, haven't even decided on a theme yet

Eyesopenwideawake · 21/10/2024 22:38

Well done you 😊

I'll share a few pages tonight. I started this year and bought a binder and a pdf template. I print most of my my sheets but make some of my own. Then add colour and washi tape to personalise

Off for my walk now Grin

I did well today, I'm an evening journalist so I'll share now 😊

I got inspiration from ticktok bought most of the stuff from Temu and print my own spread from an editable online only template I bought from Etsy

To read
To watch

Binder and dividers are good as I keep the yearly pixels at the front
