I took my first dose of sertraline (25mg) around 7.30pm and I am now having bouts of diarrhoea. How long does this side effect generally last for people? I need to get to work tomorrow and scared I'm going to be feeling bad!
Does this mean the medication has left my system?
Also, gp said to increase the dose after a week to 50mg! Will the side effects come back once I increase?
