Having a PA?

Just wondering if anyone has had a PA for their mental health? I've just been awarded 4 hours. I'm not sure exactly what you can ask them to do or what would be most useful? Any advice much appreciated.

My young adult neighbour has a PA. They go swimming and to the gym together

That sounds good. You might not know the answer to this but if I did a social activity with my PA would I have to pay for them? As in pay for their swimming or coffee or whatever?

I'm meeting my potential PA tomorrow so I can ask but just wanting to feel a bit prepared!
