What is that?

During my mental health history I have been diagnosed as following in chronological order

Borderline personality disorder
Bipolar
Narcissistic personality disorder with borderline tendencies
Bipolar
Scitzoaffective
Schizophrenia NOS

NOS might means "not otherwise specified". Meaning "doesn't fit any of the other subcategories that could be used".

Schizophrenia NOS" basically means a form of schizophrenia that doesn’t fit neatly into a specific type, so it’s kind of a general diagnosis when symptoms are there but don't match one clear category.
