Pnd advice

I have pnd and pna, i was on citalopram which were great but then stopped working at max dose, now on venlaflaxine but they are giving me high blood pressure so they need to be changed. Anyone recommend a good AD that helped them for this diagnosis? Thank you for reading x

I do t have PND but do have anxiety and depression. I’ve found d sertraline helps.
