Keep checking for lumps in boobs

I'm 25 years old and just had my second baby around ovulation my health anxiety increases and I dig with my fingertips looking for lumps in boobs and always seem to find one their always movable and I just get in such a panic am I checking right should I have to dig to find a lump that hard I cannot stop and yes I have been to the doctors and took every step to try and make my anxiety better but it just won't go away I spend every evening worrying

I’m sorry your struggling so much, I don’t know the answer to the digging bit, could you ask for an appointment at your doctors so a nurse could tell you how to check your boobs?

I have breast cancer. You don't need to dig around. Breasts are lumpy anyway. Just gentle massaging around your breast is how you discover something unusual
