Failed managed move

Just 4 months ago my daughter failed her managed move at a school she felt happier at. She had made lots of friends and genuinely seemed like she was enjoying school. After that she refused to go back to her home school as she had got used to the new one. Recently i’ve taken her to the doctors as her mental health had gotten really bad, and they sent us to A&E to get seen right away. I can’t get her in any education unless it’s back at that school she got managed moved to. Is there any way i can get her back in even though she has failed? I’m sure it would help her a lot and make her happier. I can show them her doctors notes too, as she has reasons and now proof for her previous behaviour.

It depends on why the managed move failed really OP. Unless there’s an EHCP or similar, if she’s done something to warrant a failed managed moved (so done something that would have warranted an exclusion etc) then the school are well within their rights to say no.
