Paroxetine

Anyone have any positive experiences with this?
I've been prescribed it by a private endocrinologist for night sweats but then also been prescribed sertraline by a community nurse at my gp (very quick phone appointment), surely the paroxetine would also do the job of sertraline?
I'll be giving the gp another call but they are hard to get hold off and a bit useless tbh.

I've been on paroxetine for 30 years! Cannot get off it. It's caused me more problems then it's solved and it's one of my biggest regrets taking it. It's toxic. Horrible horrible drug
