I have been really struggling with my self imagine lately after having a baby I always have in my life but I don't recognise myself anymore the weight I have gained is hard for me and constantly makes me think my partner dosnt love me or want to be with me anymore I feel so ugly I just spend all day constantly picking myself apart

Hi Ella,

Would it help to remind yourself what amazing things your body has done producing a baby? Maybe try to frame it for yourself like that.

It can be difficult but remember no one will be judging you in the same way you are for yourself. You can eat healthily and do some gentle exercise etc to help but it sounds like it’s really a mindset thing?
