I have severe agoraphobia and have an anxiety worker who takes me out for an hour a week. In between sessions I need to practice going out on my own.
I have stomach issues and can also experience pain in my hips and joints for about 2 weeks of the month. I need to sit down and I prefer to be in the comfort of my house when I get these symptoms. They are intense and so similar to my severe anxiety. My anxiety can mimic a lot of the symptoms and trigger IBS and it’s hard to know if I need to go back home or if it’s my anxiety.
