Sister screaming at parents

My sister (21) lives with my parents, she’s currently screaming at my dad that he has to leave because he went in her room, which he didn’t. She is hugely overreacting but she always does to everything. Anyway she keeps threatening to commit suicide -my mum ran after her and tripped and cut her face. She just screamed at the top of her lungs to me on the phone because I said I’d have to think about it when she asked if dad could live with me. It’s frightening, I’m shaking and crying. I just want some advice regarding my parents, I feel like she is emotionally abusing them especially my mum but I don’t know how to help. My mum feels guilty because she doesn’t want her to kill herself so she just does whatever she wants. Sister has beta blockers but won’t take anything else. Been to the GP so many times.has anyone had similar situation like this?

No (expert) advice except (a) she could do with an assessment of her needs and (b) the right medication would improve this situation no end.

Your DM must insist (with backup from you and DDad) that she reveals the full extent of her mental health to a GP, otherwise she can't stay in the house. She may well threaten suicide, but the current situation is also untenable.

What's the situation is she living with them or are they living with her?

Obviously it can't continue they need to live separately however that may look.

Your sister Also needs help for her mh
