Does anyone have much experience/ advice with blips? Whether I trust it’s ’just’ a blip or whether it’s a sign things aren’t good with my dose etc.
I have been on sertraline for 50 days now, the last 18 days at 100mg. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday I felt great and really thought ‘this is it!!’, yesterday was tougher and today even harder again. Mostly due to increased anxiety. I also have felt more physical side effects but I find them easier to manage than the emotional.
Does this sound normal? I’ve heard people mention a 7 week blip and I’m at 7 weeks, but only 2.5 weeks of the increased dose.
I really hope it passes again 😞
