Has anyone in the UK found any helpful resources for postpartum rage? Or anything at all that helped? I went to my doctors and told them how I was feeling and have been going to counselling but she’s asked me to speak to my HV about postpartum specific help. I struggle every day with out of control anger. Yesterday I repeatedly threw my phone against the door because the anger gets so intense that I need some kind of release. I struggle every day and I don’t feel like it’s getting any better. It’s not fair on my baby. Any advice welcome.
