I started on this yesterday and I did expect some side effects although they are normally listed on the packet for just in cases.
Within an hour of taking my first tablet I was uncontrollably thirsty and have since not stopped drinking.
What other side effects can I actually expect?
I didn't realise that side effects were so common. I am definatley feeling Ok and better knowing that i have made a positive step. I am also not even slightly hungry yet (which is unheard of for me). Is the weight loss stated due to having no appetite and what should you do about it, ie force yourself to eat or just not bother and it will wear off?
Sorry if this sounds really daft I just don't know what to expect.
