Does anyone else experience summer time depression? I always end feeling low as I think I should be doing more, enjoying the nice weather and making the most of it and just end up feeling shit really.

I do, with me it's because I hate sunlight and heat.
Seasonal depression in the summ is a thing, less common but still many people experience it

Yes, the pressure to make the most of a sunny day and especially when you have kids- ‘to make memories’ .
Then when you go out everyone else is out because they are making a day of it and making memories too and it’s too busy.

Love when it’s slightly overcast but still warm so you can get out and about and not feel guilt about making the most of the weather

My moods have always been linked to day light rather than weather. The low turn for mood starts in August when the nights start to get shorter and lifts in February when they get longer again
