Hi just looking for some advice. I recently had to stop sertaline because my psoriasis which is mainly in my scalp flared up so much my whole scalp and even my back was covered in flakes my doctor tried me on a few different ssri but I didn’t do well with any of them. Now I desperately want to go back on the sertaline apart from it triggering my psoriasis it made me feel so calm and balanced I felt happier as a person but sadly had to come off them after 9 months. My question is has anyone else noticed there psoriasis gets worse when on sertaline? It’s a wonderful antidepressant and am really not coping since coming off them but scared to start again because I don’t want my psoriasis to get triggered again
