Terrible health anxiety

My muscles are burning and I’m twitching all over. It’s lasted for nearly a year. I’ve seen several doctors who can’t find anything physically wrong with me. They’re saying it’s anxiety or possibly something minor like a vitamin deficiency. They won’t refer me for any further tests because I don’t meet the criteria for referral.

I admit I am very anxious. But I’m anxious as a result of the symptoms. Before the symptoms started I was not anxious. I’m convinced I have a serious illness that the doctors are failing to diagnose. Help 😢

Thank you. The twitching keeps giving me panic attacks because I’m convinced it’s a symptom of a horrible disease. It’s a vicious circle.
