I'm praying that someone can please help me. I've been applying for trainee EMHP roles and have been invited to interview twice. My application form has always been spot on, however I seem to get mixed feedback on my interview answers and role play scenerios. I'm a qualified teacher of 15 years and so I feel very confident interacting with children but not great at "selling myself."
Are there any lovely EMHPs out there who could please help me? If I'm successful with my application again, what sort of questions/role play scenerios might I expect? What buzz words do I need to try and remember?
