Anxious about flying - Can not take any medication due to breastfeeding

Any advice about extreme anxiety about flying?
I get so scared and anxious, Afew years ago the last time I went on holiday took phenegan an hour before the the flight which helped - but now I am unable to take anything like that due to breastfeeding.
Any advice if not able to take medication what could help with flight anxiety? Tia x

When are you due to fly?

Love fly podcast helped me a lot. I was able to fly relatively fear free for the first time ever. I'm also flying on Thursday. I know that flying is incredibly safe and that the crew and pilot would not be doing the job they do if they didn't think they'd be coming home at the end of the day.
Take some puzzles, mindful colouring in. Also download some programmes.
You'll be absolutely fine.
