Partner delusions

Does anyone have any experience with partner having delusions in regards to cheating, inventing scenarios that haven’t happened & that aren’t even plausible I.e sneaking people into the house etc and truly believing it’s true.
They have now cut all contact due to believing the delusions. On medication but not convinced it’s working.
Any support would be good

I don’t have personal experience of this but I do of other kinds of delusions and it was a friendship not a romantic relationship. It’s very difficult though. You could tell their GP so they know it’s definitely paranoia. It might prompt them to review the medication or something. Sorry you are going through this.
