Staying grounded

Bit of a weak title but wondering how everyone copes with the stresses of daily life best? I know no one’s life is a picnic and wondering if how I’ve been feeling lately is perspective over reality. I am so interested in everyone’s ’nitty gritty’ of how they cope/battles they pick/ things they don’t compromise on.

I’ve two young kids, bit of recent stress at work, a location move in the pipeline and continuing to work full time (along with a busy year) I am beginning to feel somewhat burnt out. Exact same thing happened last year . This year more obvious with my eldest in primary school…I foolishly used to think having kids in crèche was the most guilty feelings but no, the knowing they are finished school & need collected seems a much bigger burden to carry.

How do you find contentment in the daily ups and downs and struggles? I feel they are just so constant!

sorry to ramble & thank you for getting to this point. I’ve been struggling to find comfort & joy in much recently (apart from kids who are adorable).just feel a little lost & confused& not grounded. Does anyone recommend talking therapy? Or anything else? Like batten down the hatches, all with be ok?
