I have bpd, it's difficult to explain to someone without it, well it isn't difficult to explain but it's difficult for people without it to understand. Sometimes I'm not even sure I understand it myself. 🤣 I relate to the majority of your symptoms. I also have a beautiful family making it more difficult to admit that bpd is still a struggle.

I always thought I had something, but never expected bpd and in all fairness it didn't end up being my only diagnosis. Ehat sort of things do you get paranoid about? If that's to personal tell mw to mind my own but I have a number of different things, and just intrigued to hear someone else's experience.

It's hell on earth
Like being trapped between insanity and normality
You're always 'present' so always accountable for your actions but often have no control , the moments of clarity make you think what life would be like if you weren't like this
It really has ruined my life
I describe being in my head like being trapped in a tiny room with someone you absolutely detest

OP it is a tough diagnosis but don't let anyone tell you that there is no hope, because there is! Try and find some info (you tube? online forums?) on Marsha Linehan, she has a diagnosis of BPD and went on to become a psychiatrist and founder of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy ("DBT") that gets excellent results with treating BPD. She is inspiring and useful. There are lots of resources on social media these days too. Don't give up. Good luck.

I have EUPD. And CPTSD, ADHD, psychosis, depression, GAD and more stuff I can't remember!

Life is great fun. 🙄
