Hello am just looking for a bit of advice. I started off with sertaline for my anxiety and depression they worked really well but I had to come off them because they made my psoriasis so much worse I was covered in dry patches all over my skin and hair was like it had snowed.!! I’ve tried many others like flueoxtine citalopram all seem to be making me itch and triggering my already skin psoriasis now has anyone tried a alternative like a snri which doesn’t affect the psoriasis because that’s my main issue with ssri otherwise sertaline worked brilliantly for my ocd and anxiety

Are you absolutely sure it’s them making your skin bad? You haven’t changed your diet at the same time or anything?

That’s really interesting to read because I don’t get any affect at all on my psoriasis from sertraline. It’s mad how different bodies react differently.

@OriginalUsername2 Its definitely the sertaline because I stopped taking it and my psoriasis is calming down alot
