I'd appreciate any advice anyone can give.
I've had health anxiety for over a year now. I've had counselling and although I'm much better, I have to manage intrusive thoughts daily which is really getting to me.
I have tried all sorts of alternative treatments meditating, breathing exercises etc but it still gets in my head especially if I experience any twinges around my heart and I'm worried it's a heart attack.
Does anyone have any other tips / remedies that worked for them?
