So worried about DH

Bit of Background
DH is 41 and has always had a serious nature, never been the most lightheaded of people.
we have 2 teenage children and are fortunate enough not to have money worries.
for the past few months he has been acting very strangely…the smallest thing will send him into a rage
he can go from being in a perfectly fine mood to being utterly vile if you the kids or I say the ‘wrong’ thing
came to a head yesterday when we had both parents round for dinner and he barely spoke and maybe everyone feel uncomfortable
he also spends an inordinate amount of time scrolling on his phone rather then interacting with me or the kids

he’s now said today that he doesn’t know what’s wrong but he doesn’t feel mentally right
this is the worst timing as daughter in middle of GCSEs
I just don’t know what to do
I’d be grateful for any advice
x

He needs to speak to the Dr in case there are any underlying causes. There are many, easily treatable, things that can cause such issues, from low b12 to thyroid issues. If there is no underlying issue found then he needs some support anyway and the GP can then refer him.
