I was told tapering off Citalopram and then starting Sertraline 50mg would be better for my depression/ocd. I've just had one week so far on Sertraline (also mirtazapine at might) and probably had a worse week for a while. I thought swapping one out for another I would not notice a difference. Anyone else experience this? I was on 20mg Citalopram now 50mg of Sertraline- thought there would be no down side as Sertraline higher dose.
