Diazepam 2mg

I have been given 2mg diazepam really scared to use them I had them before was on them for quite awhile was hard when getting off them rebound anxiety so now been given the lower dose will I be ok

Just don't take them every day, and only take when you need. X

Personally 2mg ..I barely noticed I'd taken them.

Thank u for replying I just think just use them as last resort they have been given for a reason I suppose the last time I had them they helped massively stopped all the physical symptoms of anxiety

Take as little possible and only if you really need them. They are addictive and hard to get off of if you use them daily for over two weeks. This said they can be of tremendous help to get you over a rough period. Just remember when you stop taking them you will feel a bit more anxious again for a few days. Mostly, have them handy as a back up plan but don't use them if you can avoid.

Is it normal to feel agitated when you have taken one will that wear off
