rTMS treatment - has anyone had this?

As the title says really. I'm being referred and wondered if anyone has had this treatment and if it had good results.

I am interested in this too. There is a clinic locally to me that offers it. I've tried to get referred on the NHS but they seem reluctant to do anything. Am considering trying rTMS but it's very expensive

Are you under a psychiatrist? If you have treatment resistant depression and have tried various medications etc then you could ask your GP to refer to a psychiatrist and they may be able to make the referral. I'm curious where you are as there is somewhere near me that is set up and run by a guy who is one of the top people in this field and it's development apparently. People fly in from Dubai and all over the world to get treatment.

I do feel lucky to have gotten an NHS referral as you're right, it's crazy expensive. Daily sessions for weeks.

I haven't but my best friend had it for OCD treatment at the Nightingale hospital in London.
